Sunday coming up it’s my last game for football at East Bombers. I’ve had a great year at that club and looking forward to play at it again, for me it’s really sad leaving a good club with good teammates. I’ve had a successful year at the club, made new friends, knew how to play the sport properly and last of all had fun
Yesterday on 11th of June the the Aussie footballers went to the lightning premiership to play against all the school teams.
All the boys that were there played really well, one of my mates Jay got hit in the nose. I played full back and stopped some other players from kicking goals. We played at the Allan oval near Saint Josephs primary school. I really enjoyed playing it and thanks to Mr P for letting me play because I didn’t get to play for the season. We won 2 games and lost 3.
During the holidays I was at my dads for a week and went to Port Campbell and Peterborough we had lunch there and a little play around with my little brother and sister, the game we played was chaise and it was very fun.
When I was with my mum we went camping at Jubilee Park for 3 nights and 4 days and I have to say it was the best time I’ve ever had since I’ve been camping with my mum. We went fishing and my brother caught two sized Bream, I caught a undersized Bream, my step brother caught two sized Bream and my step dad caught five sized Mulloway. So thats what I did that for my holidays.
When I got back to school we have been focusing on our inquiry unit called how can we build a just world?
When we in our home room class, class was brainstorming ideas such as starvation, civil wars, help the homeless and and let refugees by boat enter our country.
